Omar Lopez

Ossining Village Trustee

A Brooklyn native, Omar Lopez and his wife Grace moved to Ossining two years ago in search of a community to build their family. He earned his B.A. in English Secondary Education from the College of Saint Rose and his Ed.M. in Education Policy & Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.


He is a former teacher, advocate, and fundraiser who is currently the Director of Talent at Relay Graduate School of Education.

Robert Fritsche

Ossining Village Trustee

A lifelong resident of Ossining, Robert attended the Ossining Schools where he graduated in 1978. He is currently a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals which he was appointed to in 2018.  Previously Robert was a member of the Code Board of Appeals.

Robert has  been an active Member of the Ossining Fire Department since 1979. Currently, he is the 1st Vice President of the Westchester County Volunteer Firemen’s Association along with being the Westchester County Vice President representing the County in the Hudson Valley Firemen’s Association.

Robert has won the firefighter of the year award in both associations, and is also a member of the legislative committee for FASNY.

Robert lives in the Village with his wife Michelina and 3 step children, all of them having attended the Ossining Schools.
